By combining Adobe-certified digital signatures (AATL) with Amano Secure Japan's certified timestamps, we provide PAdES, enabling you to open the contract PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Reader and instantly confirm that they have not been tampered with for up to 10 years.

Instead of sending signing requests to email addresses, you can send them by SMS. This option is ideal for individuals without a computer or for in-person signing requests, such as at storefronts.

This option allows you to store scanned data within the a2sign platform. It includes unlimited usage of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications certified timestamps, necessary for compliance with Japan's Electronic Books Maintenance Act. Regardless of data volume, the cost is 3,000 THB per month for up to 5,000 documents. If you exceed 5,000 documents, it's an additional 3,000 THB per month for every 5,000 documents.

Integration with customer management systems, workflows, report generation tools, and more is possible through SignTime's API. This allows seamless operations from contract creation to signature requests, electronic contract execution, and document storage, all without displaying the SignTime interface, using API calls.
